How to make Photo Viewer Software in Visual Basic 6.0

This is very easy picture Viewer Software programming in Visual Basic 6.0. In this project
we have added three button like

1. Load Picture
2. Save Picture
3. Clear Picture

and two picture box one for loading image with original size another for scaling small size to
save picture.
It is very useful for your computer assignment.
